I could not stop myself writing you a little note explaining how I was benefited with your service.

I am a practicing Accountant and it has been over 15 years I use computer.
Recently I bought an All-in-One HP printer. I never knew that the new printer needs an USB composite device to operate. I contacted both HP and Microsoft. I was advised that I need to install Windows service pack 2 as my version is old and not compatible to this type of All-In-One printer, which would cost me £199.

While installing the HP printer I figured that it needs a file which is not into my system. I found this file in to your website by search through Google, then found and ordered a copy of it that cost me a few £.
Even the HP help desk said that would NOT work.

Upon receiving the file I extracted and saved in to the correct directory.
Now amazingly it installed and the printer is working perfectly. I am terribly happy with this!
